Just like last time, I was curious how the leap-second of was handled.

It shows nothing special, the leap second occured at 02:00 as this is GMT+2 (DST). It's created with Cacti and this script (rename to ntp.pl).
This is the graph for a month, the previous weekly spikes are gone, as I\'ve changed the setting for the virus-scanner.
The maximume offset is almost 20 milliseconds. Some spikes are caused by an increase in cpu-usage at that moment when a compressed backup is made, other spikes are caused by downloads.
